To meet the broad needs of the commercial real estate
community, LMREI offers the following financing programs:
LMREI Investments
LMREI's investments focus on mezzanine and preferred equity
opportunities that occupy the middle portion of the risk-return
spectrum. The borrower retains the majority of the profit but is
required to subordinate its equity to the Fund's investment. LMREI
believes that this strategy results in the appropriate alignment of
interest between borrower and lender and provides rewarding
structures for its clients. LMREI's products can be used for
individual properties or portfolios of cross collateralized
properties.
