Mr. Francis is an Associate of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (“LMREI”) and is responsible for originating investments, including sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting and closing equity and debt investments. Mr. Francis has been involved in the origination and closing of over $115M in debt and equity transactions for property types including multi-family, retail, office, industrial and hospitality. Mr. Francis is also responsible for the sourcing, pricing, and underwriting of various CMBS, CRE CDO, and distressed loan portfolios with acquisitions to date of approximately $315,000,000. Other duties include the asset mangement and restructuring of performing and non-performing assets across LMREI's portfolio.
Before joining Legg Mason, Mr. Francis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Valuation from the University of Southern California.
