Mr. Milovic is an Analyst of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (“LMREI”). Mr. Milovic is responsible for assisting with the origination, structuring, underwriting and closing of both debt and equity investments as well as assisting with daily asset management tasks.
Prior to joining Latitude Management, Mr. Milovic worked as a marketing analyst for a multinational company in Barcelona, Spain as well as an intern for a mortgage solutions company. Mr. Milovic graduated from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles with a BA in International Business and an emphasis in Finance.
