Mr. Moyer is an Associate Vice President for Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (“LMREI”) and is responsible for the day to day asset management of over $300 million in performing and non-performing debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining LMREI, Mr. Moyer was an Associate Director in the Acquisitions group for Arden Realty, LTD., GE Capital’s West Coast equity real estate group. While at Arden, Mr. Moyer was involved in originating and underwriting over $1 billion in equity office transactions across 9 major West Coast regions. Mr. Moyer also worked to secure joint venture and structured real estate finance transactions as the company transitioned from all equity to a debt and equity platform.
Prior to his work at Arden Realty, Mr. Moyer worked for M&T Bank in the company’s Private Banking and Structured Real Estate Finance group, stationed in New York City. At M&T Bank, Mr. Moyer was involved in originating over $100 million in debt investments for properties including office, multi-family, industrial, and hospitality.
Mr. Moyer received a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach and a MBA from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business.
