Mr. Mehring is an Associate Vice President of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (“LMREI”) and is responsible for the day to day asset management for all LMREI Funds in performing and non-performing debt and equity investments, including servicing and reporting..
Prior to joining LMREI, Mr. Mehring managed over $2 billions in debt and equity investments for various property types including multi-family, retail, office, industrial and hospitality, as well as over $100 million in loan restructuring
Mr. Mehring received a BA degree in 2006 from the University of California, Los Angeles.
