Kathleen E. Miller, Associate Vice President. Mrs. Miller is an Associate Vice President of Latitude and is responsible for managing a variety of asset types in several markets throughout the country and originating investments, including sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting and closing equity and debt investments. Prior to joining Latitude, Mrs. Miller was a Senior Vice President at JP Morgan, where she opened the CMBS division office in San Francisco. In this role, Mrs. Miller originated in excess of $1 billion in permanent and floating rate debt on all commercial property types throughout the Northwest. Prior to that role, Mrs. Miller was a loan originator at JP Morgan in Chicago, focusing on CMBS debt from $5 to $100 million. Prior to JP Morgan, Mrs. Miller was an Associate at Bank of America in Chicago and worked within its commercial mortgage and securities department.
Mrs. Miller received her BA in International Studies from Lake Forest College in 1997.
