Ms. Carolan serves as Vice President of Asset Management of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (“Latitude”). Ms. Carolan manages a variety of asset types in several markets throughout the country. Ms. Carolan offers a broad background in real estate management and financial analysis, and possesses diverse experience in asset management, portfolio management, transaction closings, loan originations and dispositions, property management and investor relations.
Prior to joining Latitude, Ms. Carolan worked at Heitman from 2000 to 2011 in several positions. As Vice President of the Loan Origination, Servicing and Portfolio Management division, Ms. Carolan managed a $750 million portfolio of loans consisting of all asset types located in various markets throughout the U.S. Ms. Carolan was also responsible for property operations, dispositions, financing, loan workouts, construction management and investor reporting. Ms. Carolan started her career at Heitman as a portfolio fund accountant for the private real estate equity division.
Ms. Carolan holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University.
