Mr. Slagle is an Associate of Latitude and is responsible for assisting in the acquisition and origination of investments for Latitude, including sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting and closing equity and debt investments in all property types throughout the United States. Mr. Slagle also asset manages value-add investments for numerous funds. In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. Slagle assists in raising capital for Latitude’s equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Latitude, Mr. Slagle received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Prior to and while attending Loyola Marymount, Mr. Slagle held numerous real estate internships in the fields of construction, brokerage, and domestic and international investment.
